Do I need a permit to install a fence in Broward or Palm Beach County?
Yes — permits are required in both counties. We handle the entire process for you: filing, county coordination, inspections and closeout. You never deal with the building department directly.

How long does the whole process take?

Do you work with HOAs?
Often. We're experienced with HOA-approved materials, colors and height restrictions across South Florida communities and can coordinate directly with property managers when needed.
